To express my appreciation for your visit to my website, I'd like to share with you a bit of my life and times.

I have been an active realtor since 1978 (yes, 1978!) But here is a quick look at what came before:I hail from Missouri (Show-Me State) and lived in the same house all my  life in an  Ozark town - Monett - near Branson. I am back there  once a year and  I still get to stay in the house I grew up in. I attended two Missouri schools - Stephens College and Missouri University.   I then moved to Los Angeles and worked in  public relations... NBC, Modern Screen Magazine, LA Herald Examiner, and a couple of ad agencies, among others. I ended up in New York City where I spent an exciting  four years in public relations, promoting everything from soap to race horses. It was an "if it's Tuesday, it must be New Orleans" lifestyle.

I returned to California, married and settled down in Encino where I spent a ton of time with the PTA, Little League, cats, dogs, fish, ad infinitum and remained in Encino until my 2001 move to Palm Desert and the kinder-gentler-better lifestyle.

I am an 'empty nester" (widowed in 1995). My kids are scattered: a son is a rock drummer turned attorney who specializes in environmental law and real estate and lives nearby in Palm Desert. I have two grandchildren, a boy and a girl, who are,  quite honestly, perfect. I am living the Wonder Years through them.   My step-kids are a TV producer son in Universal City and a step-daughter who's a corporate wife/super mom/super realtor in Barrington, IL. My spare time (such as 'tis) is enjoyed with my large family who I'm blessed to have nearby.I love travel but mainly love being with my family and friends.

I take my work seriously and pledge to my clients to provide them with top-flight professional service.  Always have...since 1978.....always will....that's a promise.  That's the one thing in my life that has never changed.As the years fly by, my friendships - both personal and professional - are my most prized possession.
